we're committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with any Normo order
we accept the return of Normo items due to manufacturing defects within 14 days of delivery
returns of articles without a manufacturing defect: upon prior indication of uncertainty at the time of ordering, we accept an exchange of the article without any justification (1 unit only), up to 5 days after delivery, provided that the article and its packaging are in perfect conditions. this policy is not applicable to customizable, made-to-order items.
